I just wanted to let you know what you’re doing matters a lot to me.

I am a year into my career as a female software developer in a retail company, and I’m just starting to feel bogged down by the lack of female mentors, challenging assignments and bureaucratic nonsense. Knowing these conversations are going on in our industry is becoming more and more important to me.
